Summer Uplifting Welcome ceremonies with free rewards, K'un-Lun is now available on Xbox Series S, DLSS Frame Generation auto-mode, and fixes for Cyclops and Magneto.

The Summer Festival is in full swing: grand ceremonies are starting at Hellfire Bay Beach with free rewards, console players gain access to the K'un-Lun arena, and Cyclops and Magneto receive targeted fixes. The update was released on June 25, 2026, without server downtime.

Summer Uplifting Welcome Event (June 28 — July 1)
Every hour, 15-minute ceremonies take place at Hellfire Bay Beach. Participation rewards include: 200 units, the exclusive title "Rivals Summer Festival 2026", and the universal emote "Uplifting Welcome" for all heroes.

Resolved the dependency of the OPTIC ASCENT ability on frame rate: horizontal displacement during ascent no longer varies depending on the player's FPS.

Fixed a rare bug where the Metal Bulwark protection applied to an ally would instantly disappear immediately after application.

- K'un-Lun: Shenloong Arena (18 VS 18 Bounty Annihilation): optimization for Xbox Series S completed — the mode is fully available on console
- Lower Manhattan: problematic collision geometry has been removed; areas where characters could get stuck or fall out of bounds have been smoothed out

NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 Frame Generation — Auto Mode
When setting Frame Generation to Auto mode, the system dynamically adjusts the target frame generation to match your monitor's refresh rate.
